Zante Fiore Studios - Accommodation
Fiore Studios consist of two buildings: the Fiore Beach Studios (Blue building) located literally beside the wonderful sandy beach, 1 km off the main coastal road and the Fiore Sea View studios (Yellow building) located 700m away on the mountainside of the coastal road.
Fiore Beach Studios (Blue Building) 10 studios + 1 apartment
The Blue building comprises of 10 studios all facing the crystal water of the Ionian Sea. Each studio can accommodate 1-4 persons with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV and furnished balcony or veranda with sea view. Light and airy, the accommodation has everything you could want to make your stay a real pleasure.
The apartment, also located on the beach, (behind the blue house and next to the parking), which is more spacious, as it has one separate room with a double bed with tv, and a sitting room together  with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped offering hot plate and oven. In the sitting room there is a single bed and a sofa bed, big dining table, TV and air conditioning. Also there is a bathroom, hairdryer, big veranda with sea view, private little garden with barbeque, sunbeds and umbrella, and a safe place for children to play.
The beautiful greenery of the large landscaped gardens offers a wonderful environment with chairs, sunbeds, hammocks, tables, umbrellas and a children's play area to soak up some sun and enjoy your meal or just have a drink or a snack before you go down to the crystal blue sea where there are free sunbeds available for our guests.
Located on the Porto Kaminia beach is the Porto Kaminia beach bar restaurant where you can enjoy cool refreshments and tasty meals throughout the day from 8.00 am until late in the evening. Traditional greek food is served near the sea.
There is also a large spacious parking area and car rental can be arranged for our guests through the owners.
Fiore Sea View Studios (Yellow Building) 9 studios + 1 apartment
The Yellow building consists of nine studios and one apartment spread across the ground floor and the first floor.
The studios can accommodate 1-3 people and have a double bed or a double bedand a single bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4-5 people.  Interconnecting doors conveniently combine two double rooms into a spacious family room, one with a double and one with two single beds. An extra bed can be added to both studios and apartment upon request.
All accommodation has been refurbished in 2010 and is equipped with a fridge, air conditioning on request and a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the clear blue Ionian Sea and the surrounding olive tree clad mountains. On each floor, there is a communal fully equipped, full sized kitchen that guests are free to use to prepare any meals they like.
The Yellow building also offers a parking area protected from the sun and is located next to a super market and the 'Windmill' taverna, a family-run business serving traditional Greek food. |
